Currently Wikipedia projects are hosted in US and all media files uploaded to these projects should be copyright free in the source country of origin and also in US.<div><br></div><div>If we need to upload media files out of copyright in India but still copyrighted in US, I am afraid, the servers need to be hosted in India.</div>
