</div>I believe that either WM Canada or WM India should do this, as these<br>
countries have the most useful copyright systems for our objectives.<br>

I think that all Australian works which are public domain in Australia<br>
(but not public domain in the United States) are also public domain in<br>
India and Canada. We need to check this with lawyers.<br>

Wherever this new 'Wikisource' is located, the chapter needs to be<br>
careful to ensure it maintains the high standards of copyright<br>
