I would suggest something like WikiIndia-events or Wikimediaindia-events list. So that it doesn't become useless after the event and can be re-used for coordinating future events. The naming convention for the list also depends on country codes and previous naming convention, Wikimediaindia-events would be a sub-list of Wikimediaindia-l.</div>
