Arguendo, that Sanskti is socially irrelevant, why should a Wikipedia<br>

to state that it should *not* exist? In my humble view, there is a big<br>
difference between forcefully shutting something that is active down<br>
and in not encouraging activity on something that is dormant.<br>

Also, Wikipedia in any language is not a body of work about that<br>
language but an encyclopedia in that language - the two aren't really<br>
analogous.<br>
