[Wikimediaindia-l] (OT) On the importance of Unicode

Dear gautam

Thanks for those links. I am aware about that. But not get enough time
to read it yet. But are you sure, it specified unicode 5.1 . I am
curious becuase new rupee symbol getting encoded only in unicode 6.1.
Usually govt standards does not specify versions.
