[Wikimediaindia-l] SMS WIkipedia app in India

Tried this today. Works well.

There are services where SMS costs upto 15 Rs. But this one was charged at
the normal rate. And it is useful where there is no Internet.

If this works for Indian languages in future - nothing like it!
