[Wikimediaindia-l] An Offline Wikipedia for the Aakaash Tablet?

Santhosh,

I had spoken with one of the tablet manufacturers with Jessie. The current
Akash OS is indeed Android based so Indic language support is
poor/unavailable.

Debian based tablets are being discussed but the manufacturer indicated
that it was at least a year+ down the line.
