<p>O usuário <a href="http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Guillom" title="User:Guillom">Guillaume Paumier</a>, organizador do <b><a href="http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Chapters_meeting_2009" title="Chapters meeting 2009">Encontro de Capítulos em 2009</a></b>, voltou a destacar a importância da participação da Wikimedia Brasil neste encontro que acontecerá na cidade de Berlim entre os dias 3 e 5 de abril. </p>
<p>Após ter sido atualizado de que no Brasil estamos trabalhando de
forma descentralizada e não constituímos uma organização jurídica e,
portanto, não possuímos conselho ou representantes legais, ele informou
que:</p>
<ul><li><i>"if the Brazilian movement agrees on their representatives on the mailing list, I'm ok with that."</i></li><li>se o movimento brasileiro concordar (em escolher) os seus
representantes/delegados (para o evento) na mailing list, estarei de
acordo</li></ul>
<p>Ele informou ainda que:</p>
<ul><li><i>"I'll do my best to see if we can subsidize the expenses of another representative."</i></li><li>farei de tudo para checar se podemos subsidiar as despesas de um outro representante/delegado (vindo do Brasil)</li>

It's been a month now that I've started to organize the meeting, mainly<br>
using the wikimedia internal mailing list and the wikimedia chapters<br>
mailing list. I have just realized that you didn't seem to be on these<br>
lists... I couldn't find any contact information on meta-wiki or on the<br>
internal wiki, so as a last resort I'm writing to your public mailing<br>
list.<br>

Could you please send me the contact information of your Board, or<br>
someone with whom I could discuss your attendance to the chapters<br>
meeting in Berlin? This is becoming urgent. We're currently discussing<br>
the agenda and the travel & accommodation.<br>
