Indeed - I'm of the view that meetups of the community are parallel to but not part of WM-AU. There's no harm in advertising them on WM-Au so non-Wikipedians at least see them, but the main interest will come from home projects on WP most likely.<br>

WM-AU server is that only WM-AU members have editing rights. This<br>
means that people who aren't members, for whatever reason, aren't<br>
