They're going to help their clients by writing useful, policy compliant
articles? Damn them!

In all seriousness, apart from the suggestion of meatpuppetry, it sounds
like it might actually be a good service. The internet is on the way to
becoming a much better place now search engine algorithms are forcing SEOs
to produce useful content to get high rankings.
