However there certian common factors that appear in copyright world
wide. US far use law is very non standard. If wikipedia were in the UK
I doubt we would be makeing use of the provision that audio works
enter the public domain after 50 years since it is so non standard
that the files would be useless outside the uk. The same is true with
regards to a lot of fair use stuff.
