So to give a little contextual history, over the past few years at Wikimania a group of LGBT and LGBT friendly attendees of Wikimania have meet at a gay bar or restaurant to socialize. This year this is a little tricky as there are very few gay establishments in Haifa, I have however found what looks like a promising gay friendly club downtown that some of use might like to visit this evening (Friday night). </div><div><br></div><div>If you are interested to join your fellow LGBT and LGBT friendly wikimedians we are going to meet at the Dan Panorama lobby bar between 21:00-21:45 for a drink and then whoever is interested will travel to Syncopa which I am told is a gay friendly bar in old-town Haifa. Syncopa is located near the Paris Square subway stop, however the subway will be closed for the Sabbath so we will share taxis, I estimate the taxi cost wont be much more than 10 shekels each (if we get about 4 people in the cab). </div><div><br></div><div>Below are the addressed for the Dan Panorama and Syncopa, if you have any questions or know of a better bar in Haifa please email me off list.
