The CentralNotice on en.W does not work for me. As I'm in the UK it should redirect to <a href="http://www.wikilovesmonuments.org.uk/" target="_blank">http://www.wikilovesmonuments.org.uk/</a>, but clicking on it does nothing (stays on the same WP page).<br>
