The Matter of Wik has been accepted for arbitration, and is proceeding. The arbitration committee has a one proposed first draft of our findings and is discussing remedies at this point. This matter is somewhat complicated by the delay in actually adopting the 3 reverts rule. We had voted to conduct our deliberations in private so no page on which we are opening deliberating exists.<BR>
