Lir for his lack of cooperation. He was banned as Vera Cruz for his lack
of cooperation. He was given several opportunities to anounce on this
very list that he would change, and refused to do so. He came in as
Susan Mason and began making demands that several article titles be changed
just because he wanted them changed, just as he had done as Lir, when he
demanded that all names of foreigners be written by their names in their
native languages, rather than by their names as they're known by English
