<P>I did improve a lot the http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gu%E9pard (cheetah) article, more comprehensive, and more neutral (yes, even on a cheetah article). I think it better than the english one btw.</P>
<P>I finally settled the http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ortolan (Ortolan) article (very french oriented right now). I did it without looking at the english article, so I will now have the pleasure to improve it with the additional view.</P>
<P>This said, I did it as a tribute to User:Ortolan. The english article needs to be updated for it is not true *at all* we put napkins over our heads to prevent grease splashing.</P>
<P>One might find in the french article the way ortolans are traditionnally prepared and eaten in Provence (from my grand-father and an old traditionnal provencal cook book).</P>
<P>I also added the "modern" way that some of you seem to find so outrageous/decadent (the one with the napkin).</P>
<P>For some who might be interested (christmas forecasting), we have a recipe for preparation of http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/foie_gras. I would be very happy if somebody could provide the recipe for the real british christmas cake pudding.</P>
