[WikiEN-l] Support needed for Wikipedia QnA website to open

Tom - Great idea.

I believe what we want to end up with  is OSQA, like what OSM has set
up, not a (proprietary) StackOverflow site.
OSQA is a great tool for collaborative knowledge-sharing.
