It's supposedly organised around [[Wikipedia:WikiProject Missing 
encyclopedic articles/DNB]]. Being just a subproject of the "missing 
articles" project, it doesn't have more of a forum of its own. Plenty of 
work to go round, anyway, on WP and WS.
