I never said it's a bad thing. I just don't think we need a process to get
it. Everybody should get it at the autoconfirm level, and if they abuse it
we just block their account. As I have said before, if we cannot trust
someone with "rollback" we cannot trust them with "edit this page."
We do *not* need a new permissions bit, we do *not* need another process,
and we do *not* need another clique of users. Just let people use it.
And that is why I voted oppose. Not because I think it is a bad idea, but
because I didn't like the way it was proposed.
