I agree. I still think the error rate is far too high, and that we can
improve upon it if we think together about what some of the common
causes are and how they might be fixed.
In an effort to separate this issue from what I take
to have been the
discussion you were trying to start, I'll make a separate reply with
some thoughts on the issues you're trying to raise. But I urge you to
avoid the sort of parenting "let's all reflect on this" approach.
I don't think it is "parenting" at all to say "let's all reflect on
this".
