[WikiEN-l] There are no pictures in Wikipedia any more

Armed,

If all the images they've uploaded are of a personal nature, their own
photograph or something we could never use, I'd exclude those editors,
anything else, whether it's used or not would be fine for including. If
they've been blocked for something relating to uploading images, I'd put
those users into a seperate set of statistics.
