Tor is not complicated, and it has a very high entrance
blocking resistance. There is another proxy network I
could recommend, but it has both a high resistance to
both entrance and exit blocking, so if I mentioned that,
I'd be giving instructions for circumventing Wikipaedia's
effort to block proxies from editing. So, I suggest Tor.

Installing Tor on a school computer, if it's even possible, would
almost certainly be in violation of the school's rules and policies
regarding computer use.
