Regardless of where the site is hosted, information
on the internet is published worldwide, and the
United States is not the only country in the world.
Some countries countries do not limit the plantiff
to filing suit only if the defendant resides there.

For example, in the United Kingdom, neither the
plaintiff nor the defendant need reside there, and
material published on the internet is considered to
be published in the UK.
