I wasn't named a formal party to the case, but I have been 
participating extensively in the evidence-gathering and commentary, 
as is the right of any Wikipedian.  (Except for the three who have 
been blocked and their contributions removed so far, for being 
alleged trolls, sockpuppets, and single-purpose accounts.)
