I suspect that David believes, as do I, that doing the right thing on
Wikipedia cannot be wholly written into a set of iron-clad rules
capable of being interpreted by a robot. Furthermore, given the
dynamic environment, things constantly change. Therefore, human
decision-making and sensible conflict resolution must be used.
