Hi, Dan. I value many of your contributions here highly, so this one
puzzles me. Read straight, it seems unnecessarily hurtful and entirely
negative. The people on ArbCom seem to be putting a ton of work and
thought into things, and I think they deserve a lot of respect for that.
If you were going for a joke, I'd suggest more indicators that you don't
believe the straight reading. E.g., a smiley and enough context so that
even people who don't know you and who haven't been following the
conversation closely can tell what your serious message behind the joke is.
