And that's a problem, since it leads to the impression being given
that the determining factor on what is deemed to be an "attack site"
is "I don't like it".

An attempt to frame objective criteria leads us into Bad Sites territory. It is not that there is negative information regarding a Wikipedia users that is the test, but whether there is harassment. In the case of Slim Virgin, the campaign is sustained and coming from those who feel wronged. La Rouche advocates cannot put his viewpoint into every article and they feel aggrieved.
