Sorry, that's not entirely fair. There are also people who will not back
down from their point-of-view because they truly believe they are in the
right (indeed sometimes there are). Sometimes it's just persistence winning
the day rather than bullying or such - though I still contend that there are
those who are overly forceful in running roughshod in discussions over other
contributors, even if not always breaking technical constraints such as "no
personal attacks". Also, while it is offensive to call specific people
morons, I think that we can accept that there are some on Wikipedia merely
through there being so many contributors. And unfortunately, we have to deal
with them. My point is that current decision-making mechanisms don't really
allow for avoiding endless disruption caused by such individuals.
