Sounds like a requirements specification! Now you just need to make up
the query and attach it to your watchlist page using your user.js
file. Admittedly the local version wouldn't run quickly on any local
machine but you could prototype it there. :) The alternative is
submitting a bug of course.

I would like this feature for both hiding and showing only pages I
havn't editied in the last 6 months.
