I suspect that somebody started trying to log into admin accounts with
the password "password" until he found an admin using "password".
What's scary is that if true he found one in the A's.

Would a 24 hour autoblock for x number of wrong passwords to any
account within a certain period of time help prevent this kind of
thing?
