Dutch law has moral rights. Citaatrecht is rather more limited than
fair use. Their legal code is writen in Dutch and is not based on
common law. The significant legal presidents are writen in Dutch.

Then we have  articles 137c and 137e of Dutch law and no equive of the
1st amendment

Oh and there may be issues with Dutch privacy law and the like.
