[WikiEN-l] Presentation to readers

One or two templates are rarely a problem. It gets ugly when an article has
3 or more problem templates stuck to it. Perhaps we can have some
non-obstrusive box like "ArticleHistory" to cut down on too many templates,
and somehow get that template to show what's wrong in a more concise manner?
