I am really not following... Can you please elaborate on the
contradiction you see between having a body of administrators and
having an encyclopedia that anyone can edit?
Can you give concrete examples of admins being "overtly hostile to
part-time editors"? And if you can produce such examples, are these
the exception, or the rule?
