I thought you might be thinking along those lines. I don't think we'd
normally consider hit-and-runs, shootings and the like as meriting an
article. There are a lot of convicted felons around. The story here
seems to me to pertain at most to the Foundation's lapses of
governance, so a biographical article wouldn't normally be merited.
