I think it's been rather conclusively demonstrated
that !! was not who
Durova thought they were, and that no suspicion should remain attached
to the account.
That works only for !!, not for future recurrences of the same situation
involving other users. !!'s innocence was conclusively demonstrated
through the posting of an email that embarassed Durova, and which Durova
did her best to keep third parties from seeing.
We simply can't expect future users to be exonerated this way.
