The current text when you go to edit says:
"Content that violates any copyright will be deleted. Encyclopedic content
must be verifiable. You agree to license your contributions under the

Perhaps it should say:

You are legally responsible for all edits and actions on Wikipedia, and
Wikipedia does not indemnify for actions you take on it."
