This is already evident.  With the exception of Office actions carried
out by paid employees, members of the board, and other agents of the
Foundation, all contributions to all Wikimedia projects are voluntary
and are carried out of the volunteer's free will and using his or her
best judgement.  Volunteers are all individually responsible both
morally and at law for their actions, just as if they posted on a
forum website or on Usenet.

It would perhaps be helpful if this were stated more clearly, but it's
hardly an exceptional situation.
