No, it's a natural conclusion to the line of reasoning you are
presenting. If not, then what distinguishes an article on
assassination methods with one on suicide methods? Couldn't you
construe teaching people how to assassinate political figures in a
clean, safe, and cheap way as a public service? I'm not talking about
assassinating good people, I'm more thinking of bad people - Sadam
Hussein types, y'know?
