That wasn't Office either.

"To be clear, there were 7 office actions performed--6 under Dannyisme
and only one under this user name." (WP:RFA/Danny)

So the block log of [[User:Danny]] should be almost free of OFFICE
actions.

Having said that, I'm not convinced his actions were unreasonable in
these cases.
