I think He's a hacker.  He sent me an email about getting high and staying up until four am and dumping the edits.  Rob, are you sure he's an admin, or do you think this guy's just messing with our heads?  Somebody ought to find a contact somewhere on the cite and ask if this asshole is really part of their team.
