Yeah, but unless you happen to have an administrator who knows how the
article has developed (and if it's a niche subject the chances are there
won't be) it's very unlikely that such an undeletion would take place -
and in the recent cases where this undeletion power has been exercised,
it has resulted in wheel warring, desyoppings and flamewars.
