[WikiEN-l] User page issue

[Oskar Sigvardsson]

He doesn't seem to be the the kind of fellow I'd like to have a beer
with, and his userpage is not pleasant, and if he ever got an RfA I'd
oppose solely based on it, but it's not nearly enough to block him, in
my opinion.
