I'm was going to say I'm amazed he wasn't blocked for having an
offensive username, but he was blocked for it. It's even more amazing
he was unblocked for being "not offensive enough".

Considering his name and attitude, I see nothing in the previous discussions at
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard&oldid=21901342#User:Fenian_Swine

to justify the unblock.
