[WikiEN-l] Don't remove a WP:OFFICE tag put there by Danny under any circumstances

May I suggest that it would be helpful if Danny started using some
kind of generic explanatory template for WP:OFFICE protections?  Every
time it's used, people are rather confused and frustrated until it's
explained.
