I more or less agree with you on the Venona material. That was never  
the issue in your arbitration. Asking for mediation is hardly abuse  
of dispute resolution process. This assertion:

I certainly would not agree with, I am a big fan of Harvey Klehr. But  
again, requesting mediation is not abuse of our process, but  
following it.
