No. Guidelines are a substitute for thought. Use your noggin and
nothing much bad will happen.
I think these ones could be very useful. They could point to the
public sources of information on listed companies to help people
verify details on them, and point to sources for companies missing
articles.
And point out things that are non obvious to non specialists such
as the fact that Investment Trusts shouldnt have their own articles
they should be listed under the management company.
And point to lists of stock exchanges and that sort of thing.
