You can contact one of the en OTRS admins - mindspillage, elian, jeluf, 
notafish or noc at wikimedia.org - to add one of those templates on the side. 
(see <http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/OTRS/en>) Did quite a bit today 
(answered 50+, I think) but help is still appreciated. Thanks!
