Is it Wikipedia's job to enforce local law all around the world? Do
we need to check for Iranian IP addresses and suppress images of
women not wearing veils, and check for Chinese IP addresses and
suppress politically incorrect references to Tibet, Fulan Gong, or
Tiananmen Square?
