For someone who seems so keen on spreading information around, he doesn't
seem to give much away for free: is there anything on that site you don't
have to pay for?
You noticed that too?
That fact provides us with a simple solution to Rex's insistence that his
materials are not being cited or refered to on Wikipedia: it's due to
copyright considerations. He appears to be very concerned with his rights
over his materials or research, & we'd rather error on the side of caution,
rather than violate his copyright. If he provides information on his
website that is reusable under a free license, then we'll revisit the issue
whether his research is unfairly excluded from Wikipedia.
