Because people misunderstand the nature of the queue and send private
information there. If there want to send non-private information, they
should use helpdesk-l instead. It also allows Jimmy to forward the
hundreds of questions he receives personally somewhere for someone
else to answer without having to worry about making the sender's
private details public.
